Artist's comments: Fractal art is a newly emerging art form based on the careful refinement of mathematical formulas. In Sunflowers, the formulas have been developed to produce an image suggestive of a blue vase, a cascade of sunflowers, and an overall sparkle, after Vincent van Gogh's Sunflowers.
