MADRID, SPAIN -- Octave Durham, a 31-year-old Dutchman, was arrested in Marbella, Spain in connection with the 7 December 2002 robbery at the Van Gogh Museum. Durham, known as "The Monkey" for his skills in avoiding capture, was described by police as a "dangerous international delinquent." Authorities are hoping that the capture of Durham will result in the return of two paintings stolen from the Van Gogh Museum: View of the Sea at Scheveningen and Congregation Leaving the Reformed Church in Nuenen.
